Xiaomi SU7 Europe release date: launch tracker
Last updated: · Unofficial, not affiliated with Xiaomi
Xiaomi has confirmed it will start selling cars in Europe in 2027, and Germany is the first named market: on 3 September 2026 it signed memoranda with eight German dealer groups at IFA Berlin. As of 28 September 2026 there is no launch month, no European price and no confirmed model list. A China-built SU7 entering the EU faces 10% duty plus a 35.3% countervailing duty, because Xiaomi is not on the EU's list of cooperating exporters; on that basis alone a new SU7 Max costs about €71,757 to import into Germany.

Xiaomi SU7 Europe price estimate
Estimate, not an official price
Estimate, not a Xiaomi price. Method: China MSRP × ECB exchange rate (25 September 2026) + US$2,650 container shipping, then 10% EU duty and 35.3% countervailing duty on that CIF value, then 19% German import VAT on CIF plus duties. This is the cost floor for importing a new car yourself. Xiaomi's own list price could be higher (dealer margin, EU homologation, warranty, European-spec changes) or lower (a price undertaking, or local assembly).

Xiaomi SU7 in Europe: FAQ
