Xiaomi launched the Xiaomi YU7 on 26 June 2025 as a Standard, Pro and Max. On 21 May 2026 it added a cheaper Standard with a smaller battery, renamed the original Standard the Long Range, and launched the YU7 GT. The body is the same across the range: 4,999 mm long, 1,996 mm wide, 1,608 mm high, with a 3,000 mm wheelbase. The versions differ in battery, motors and price.
The Standard and Long Range are single-motor, rear-wheel-drive cars with 320 Ps. The Pro adds a front motor for 496 Ps and all-wheel drive. The Max carries a 101.7 kWh nickel-manganese-cobalt (NMC) pack and 690 Ps, and the GT uses the same pack with a 738 kW dual-motor system. The Standard, Long Range and Pro use lithium-iron-phosphate (LFP) cells.

Xiaomi YU7 real-world range by version and speed
Every range below is for the Xiaomi YU7 and is our estimate. CLTC is the Chinese test cycle and reads higher than WLTP for the same car. We convert it to a WLTP-equivalent (78%) and then apply the same temperature, speed and air-conditioning factors as the SU7 range calculator. That is our model, not a Xiaomi figure, and a real car will differ with tyres, wind and how the battery is preconditioned. The table assumes 20 °C and the air conditioning on Eco.
| Version | CLTC | 60 km/h | 90 km/h | 110 km/h | 130 km/h |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| YU7 Standard | 643 | 495 | 471 | 434 | 387 |
| YU7 Long Range | 835 | 643 | 612 | 563 | 502 |
| YU7 Pro | 770 | 593 | 565 | 519 | 463 |
| YU7 Max | 760 | 585 | 557 | 513 | 457 |
| YU7 GT | 705 | 543 | 517 | 476 | 424 |

Xiaomi YU7 charging cost from 20% to 80%
Charging a Xiaomi YU7 from 20% to 80% fills 60% of the pack. For the 73.0 kWh Standard that is 43.8 kWh in the battery; for the 101.7 kWh Max and GT it is 61.0 kWh. We add charging losses: 92% efficiency for the Standard, Long Range and Pro, 90% for the Max and GT (the Max is the 897 V car; we assume the GT is too), the same split the SU7 charging calculator makes between its two charging platforms. The result is billed energy, the kWh your meter or the charging operator counts.
Where you charge matters far more than which version you buy. On a China public DC fast charger at ¥1.8/kWh, the same session costs about 3.3 times as much as at home at ¥0.55/kWh.
| Where you charge | Price per kWh | Standard | Long Range | Pro | Max | GT |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| China, home | ¥0.55 | ¥26.18 | ¥34.54 | ¥34.54 | ¥37.29 | ¥37.29 |
| China, public AC | ¥1.20 | ¥57.13 | ¥75.37 | ¥75.37 | ¥81.36 | ¥81.36 |
| China, public DC | ¥1.80 | ¥85.70 | ¥113.05 | ¥113.05 | ¥122.04 | ¥122.04 |
| US, home | $0.16 | $7.62 | $10.05 | $10.05 | $10.85 | $10.85 |
| US, DC fast | $0.34 | $16.19 | $21.35 | $21.35 | $23.05 | $23.05 |
| Europe, average | €0.32 | €15.23 | €20.10 | €20.10 | €21.70 | €21.70 |
Prices per kWh are the presets of the SU7 charging cost calculator; they are averages, not a quote from any operator.
| Version | Battery | Added to pack | From the wall | Charging efficiency |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| YU7 Standard | 73.0 kWh | 43.8 kWh | 47.6 kWh | 92% |
| YU7 Long Range | 96.3 kWh | 57.8 kWh | 62.8 kWh | 92% |
| YU7 Pro | 96.3 kWh | 57.8 kWh | 62.8 kWh | 92% |
| YU7 Max | 101.7 kWh | 61.0 kWh | 67.8 kWh | 90% |
| YU7 GT | 101.7 kWh | 61.0 kWh | 67.8 kWh | 90% |
How fast does the Xiaomi YU7 charge?
Xiaomi says the new Xiaomi YU7 Standard charges from 10% to 80% in 20 minutes, and that 15 minutes adds 405 km of CLTC range. Its own YU7 page adds a condition: the Standard needs a charger of at least 750 V to fast charge, and the Max's platform peaks at 897 V. So a charger below that voltage will not give the quoted speed. We do not model charging time, because it depends on the charger, the battery temperature and the taper curve; the cost tables above are the part we can compute from published numbers.
