Things to know
- 01All factory paints carry the standard 4-year / 100,000 km Xiaomi paint warranty.
- 02Matte finishes cannot be hand-polished and require pH-neutral car wash; expect ~2× the maintenance cost vs gloss.
- 03Premium and matte colours have longer factory lead times (typically 4-12 weeks vs 2-4 for standard).
- 04Wraps are dealer-fitted, not factory; the underlying paint is one of the standard colours, usually Black or White. Removable but may show wear after 3-4 years.
- 05Custom factory paint (PPF, special order) is not currently offered on the SU7 — only the SU7 Ultra has that programme.
