Xiaomi YU7 price in China, by version

The YU7 price depends on the version. The YU7 is Xiaomi's electric SUV, launched on 26 June 2025 in Standard, Pro and Max versions at ¥253,500, ¥279,900 and ¥329,900. On 21 May 2026 Xiaomi added a cheaper Standard at ¥233,500 with a smaller 73.0 kWh battery and renamed the original Standard the Long Range, and launched the YU7 GT at ¥389,900 (a fully loaded GT pack is ¥429,900). Xiaomi's own YU7 page now shows ¥233,500 as the starting price.

We list the Pro and Max at their launch prices: the May 2026 reports about the new Standard did not mention any change to them. Check Xiaomi's app before you rely on a price; we recheck this page when a new version or price cut is announced.

Xiaomi YU7 price in 9 countries: landed cost

Each YU7 price below is the yuan price converted at the 2026-09-25 ECB rate, plus one shipping estimate, plus the country's import duty and VAT or GST, calculated by the same engine as our import cost calculator. It is the price of a new car imported by you or an importer acting for you, not a price Xiaomi has published. Registration, homologation, insurance and dealer margin are not included.

Because the tax is a percentage of the car's value, the gap between versions widens abroad. In Germany the ¥96,400 difference between a Standard and a Max becomes €21,774, and the GT lands at €92,086.

How much of the YU7 price is tax?

The table below splits the YU7 price of a Max into its parts for each country. "Added tax" is duty plus VAT (plus Australian luxury car tax) as a share of the converted car price, so a figure of 100% means the taxes alone equal the price of the car.

Which countries let you import a YU7 at all

A landed price only helps if a private buyer can register the car. The status below is the same one shown on each country guide for the SU7, and it applies equally to the YU7: the rules concern where the car was built and how it is homologated, not which Xiaomi model it is.

  • United States: No legal route for a private buyer.
  • Germany: Legal via EU individual approval; official sales from 2027.
  • United Kingdom: Legal via IVA, left-hand drive only.
  • Australia: Only via SEVS + RAW, and right-hand drive required to register.
  • Canada: Permits go to OEMs only; private imports prohibited.
  • Mexico: One new car a year per person, with a 50% tariff.
  • Philippines: Legal as a brand-new import; grey dealers already sell it.
  • India: Imports must be right-hand drive; the SU7 is not.
  • United Arab Emirates: Grey-market importers only; no official Xiaomi sales found.

Grey-market prices we have seen

Two published prices can be set against the estimates. Auto China, a German parallel importer, listed the YU7 from €58,740 delivered to Germany with EU papers and a two-year importer warranty in July 2026; our new-car estimate for a Standard is €56,759 and for a Long Range €61,277. Importers can land below our figure because the 35.3% countervailing duty applies to new cars, and a car registered in China first may be treated differently; we could not verify how any importer declares its cars.

In the Philippines, AutoIndustriya reported in May 2026 an anonymous reader's photo of a shop listing the YU7 at ₱3,999,000, the Pro at ₱4,299,000 and the Max at ₱4,999,000. Our engine puts a Standard at ₱2,619,333, a Pro at ₱3,102,985 and a Max at ₱3,624,163. The shop price is well above our estimate, probably because it includes margin, registration and fees that the engine leaves out. It is not clear who the seller was, so treat the photo as an indication, not a price list.

YU7 or SU7: what the extra body costs

The YU7 Max is priced ¥30,000 above the SU7 Max in China. Imported to Germany the gap is €6,776, and in the UK £4,451. The SU7 Max is rated for 902 km CLTC against the YU7 Max's 760 km, and the YU7 is the one with the SUV body; our comparison page sets the two side by side.
